When employees or association members are already gathering in Chicago, an on-site headshot studio can eliminate the difficulty of scheduling separate appointments across the city. I bring the lighting, background, and equipment directly to the venue and create a repeatable setup that can serve individuals or a high volume of attendees.

I’m constantly looking ahead for what is likely to happen next and putting myself in place before the moment happens, rather than reacting after it has already begun. That is what separates a photo that looks like it was taken at your event from one that actually feels like your event.

I bring a professional lighting setup to every shoot and use whatever tools the space calls for to create beautiful, deliberate lighting. Whether I’m working in a gorgeous ballroom or a windowless hotel conference room, your photographs will look polished, vibrant, and intentional. I’m constantly moving: wide to show scale, close to capture expressions, and even up into the rafters when I need to show a speaker commanding a full room. But knowing where to be also means knowing when to step back. I’ve learned how to disappear into the background so I can tell the complete story of the event without making myself a part of it.

I’m based in Wilmington, Delaware, near Philadelphia, and travel throughout the United States for conferences, corporate gatherings, and other significant events. Do you photograph events at McCormick Place?

I am available for assignments at McCormick Place and other Chicago venues. Because credentials, access procedures, loading requirements, and photography restrictions vary between events, I coordinate those details with the planner before arrival.

Can you cover multi-day Chicago conferences?

Yes! Multi-day coverage can include keynotes, panels, breakout sessions, networking, sponsor activations, receptions, executive meetings, and other scheduled programming. I review the agenda in advance to identify priorities, timing conflicts, and situations that may require additional coverage. This creates a consistent visual record across the entire conference rather than a disconnected collection from each day.

Can you deliver photographs during the event?

Same-day selections can be delivered for social media, press, speaker announcements, sponsor reporting, leadership communications, or next-day presentations. We will establish the number of photographs, delivery deadlines, and priority subjects before the event so your team receives the images it needs when they are most useful.

How far in advance should we reserve our date?

As early as possible, particularly for multi-day conferences and events requiring same-day delivery. However, availability sometimes remains for shorter-notice assignments, so it is still worth asking even when the event is approaching. A date is officially reserved once the agreement is signed and the required payment has been received.

What information do you need for a quote?

Please send the event date, venue, anticipated coverage hours, approximate attendance, and a preliminary schedule if one is available. It is also helpful to know whether you need same-day delivery, headshots, coverage of simultaneous sessions, or specific sponsor and executive photographs. I will review the details and recommend an appropriate coverage plan rather than simply quoting hours without considering what the event actually requires.
