Headshot Photographer

A Better First Impression

Clean. Confident. Credible.

Previously worked for:

Put Your Best Face Forward.

Everyone approaches the camera differently. Some people don’t love to smile, others want to fix their hair a dozen times, and all of us want to look like ourselves—without feeling like every self-perceived imperfection has suddenly been magnified.

I approach each person individually, light them beautifully, and give them the direction and flexibility they need to feel comfortable in front of the camera. For large groups, I work efficiently without making anyone feel rushed or shortchanged.

I edit with the same restraint, keeping everything natural, polished, and tasteful. No excessive airbrushing and no uncanny AI-generated headshots that don’t quite look like you.

The Headshot You're Excited to Use.

You don't need to know how to pose or what to do in front of a camera. I provide straightforward direction throughout the session, paying attention to expression, posture, and the small details that make a photograph feel natural. The goal isn't simply a professional headshot; it's one you feel good about putting in front of people.

Many People. One Standard.

When an organization needs headshots, consistency matters. I create a repeatable setup for lighting, framing, and editing so every person looks like part of the same team without making everyone look exactly the same. For high-volume assignments, I can typically photograph each person in 60–90 seconds, allowing companies to move large groups through efficiently while maintaining the same attention to expression and detail I bring to an individual session.

The Studio Comes to You.

I bring the lighting, background, and equipment needed to create a professional headshot studio directly to your office, conference, or event.

Retouched. Not Rebuilt.

Every finished headshot is professionally edited, but my goal isn't to turn you into someone else. I make careful adjustments to color, tone, skin, and distracting temporary imperfections while preserving the features that make you look like you. No excessive airbrushing, no artificial-looking skin, and no AI-generated version of your face.

Hi, I’m Taylor

Most people aren’t professional models, and they shouldn’t need to be. My job is to pay attention to the small details, give clear direction, and create an environment where you can stop thinking about what your face is doing and trust me to make you look your best.

Whether I have an hour with one person or 60 seconds with each member of a large team, I adjust the pace without changing the standard. The goal is always the same: a photograph that looks professional, confident, and unmistakably like you.

Frequently Asked Questions

How are your photos delivered?
You can download everything directly, create favorites lists, and easily share the gallery with your team or anyone else who needs access.
Can you match our existing company headshots?
In many cases, yes. If your organization already has an established headshot style, send me examples and I can evaluate the lighting, background, framing, and editing needed to create photographs that fit naturally alongside your existing images.
How soon will we receive the photos?
My standard turnaround time for headshots is within 7 business days, and I frequently deliver sooner. If you're working with a specific deadline, let me know when you reach out and I'll do my best to accommodate it. I'd much rather underpromise and overdeliver than leave you waiting for your photographs.
Do you travel for headshot projects?
Absolutely. I regularly travel throughout the United States for headshot assignments, and some clients bring me to offices in multiple cities to maintain a consistent look across their organization. If your team needs headshots in multiple locations, I can provide the same lighting, photography, editing, and delivery experience wherever you need me.
How does pricing work?
Headshot pricing depends on the number of people, location, time required, setup, and any specific requirements for the finished photographs. When you reach out, tell me what you need and I'll provide a straightforward quote based on the assignment. If you have a budget in mind, I encourage you to share it. I approach budgets honestly; knowing yours helps me find a structure that works for both of us rather than simply determining how much to charge.
