I approach each person individually, light them beautifully, and give them the direction and flexibility they need to feel comfortable in front of the camera. For large groups, I work efficiently without making anyone feel rushed or shortchanged.

The Headshot Experience
From the first person in front of the camera to the final delivered files, the process is designed to be efficient, consistent, and comfortable without making everyone look the same.
You don't need to know how to pose or what to do in front of a camera. I provide straightforward direction throughout the session, paying attention to expression, posture, and the small details that make a photograph feel natural. The goal isn't simply a professional headshot; it's one you feel good about putting in front of people.
For organizations, consistency matters. I create a repeatable setup for lighting, framing, and editing so everyone looks like part of the same team without looking identical. For high-volume assignments, I can typically photograph each person in 60–90 seconds while maintaining the same attention to expression and detail.
I bring the lighting, background, and equipment needed to create a professional studio directly at your office, conference, or event. The setup can be adapted to the space and schedule rather than requiring your team to travel somewhere else. I also provide headshot photography throughout Delaware .
Every finished headshot is professionally edited, but the goal isn't to turn you into someone else. I make careful adjustments to color, tone, skin, stray hairs, and temporary imperfections while preserving the features that make you recognizable. No excessive airbrushing, artificial-looking skin, or AI-generated version of your face.
Finished photographs are delivered at high resolution through a private online gallery, ready for company websites, LinkedIn, speaker profiles, press materials, directories, annual reports, and print. Your team can review, download, favorite, and share images without a complicated handoff.
Organizations receive full usage rights in perpetuity for delivered photographs, with no recurring licensing fees. I personally review and finish every delivered headshot, so the same standard carries from expression and capture through final color and retouching.
The scale of the assignment may change, but the underlying deliverables and standard of finishing do not.
Sometimes the best location is already in the building. The work is knowing how to see it, shape it, and turn an ordinary space into something that feels intentional.
This conference room was not even on the client’s radar as a headshot location. During my walkthrough, though, the exposed brick immediately stood out as something worth building around.
I moved a plant into the back corner to give the frame a little life, chose the angle that gave the room the most depth, and built a simple two-light setup around it. Nothing elaborate was required.
The finished portrait looks considered because the environment was considered. The brick gives the image warmth and texture, the background carries depth without becoming distracting, and the lighting remains clean and flattering without making the photograph feel overly produced.
For on-location headshots, that is often the difference. I am not arriving with a fixed setup and forcing it into the room. I am looking at what the space already gives us and deciding how to use it.
