Reputation. Purpose. Warmth.
In Washington, how an organization presents itself matters. Branding photography creates the visual language behind that presentation—showing not only who you are, but the people, work, and purpose behind your organization.
I’ve spent a decade working throughout Washington, D.C., photographing people and organizations where reputation matters, including NASA, the World Bank, and National Geographic. I bring that experience to branding assignments for businesses, nonprofits, associations, agencies, advocacy organizations, and public-facing professionals who need photographs that feel polished, credible, and distinctly their own.
Personal branding should feel personal. Rather than forcing you into a predetermined look, I build the photographs around you—your personality, your work, your environment, and the way you want to be seen. The result is imagery that feels professional without looking like it could belong to anyone.
An organization is more than a logo. I photograph the people, spaces, interactions, and details that show what your organization actually looks and feels like, creating imagery that can work across your website, annual reports, social media, press, recruiting, campaigns, and internal communications.
Strong branding photography still comes down to the person in front of the camera. I create portraits that feel polished without becoming impersonal, giving you direction when you need it while leaving room for personality to come through. Whether I’m photographing an executive, entrepreneur, or someone representing an organization, the goal is the same: a portrait that feels credible, confident, and recognizably you.
I’ve spent more than a decade as a professional photographer, including a decade working throughout Washington, D.C., with individuals, businesses, agencies, and major organizations.
That experience has taught me to think about photography from both sides of the assignment: what makes a strong image and what makes that image useful to the person or organization paying for it. I pay attention to the details in front of my camera, but also to where the photograph will ultimately live and what it needs to communicate.
Washington is where I built my career as a photographer. Working in congressional offices, government buildings, museums, embassies, corporate spaces, and institutions throughout the city has taught me how to create polished photographs while understanding the environments and expectations surrounding them.
