Philadelphia Headshot Photographer

A Better First Impression

Clean. Confident. Credible.

Professional Should Still Feel Personal.

A professional headshot has a job to do, but that doesn't mean it should feel generic. I create polished, natural portraits that give people confidence in how they're represented while still looking unmistakably like the person in front of my camera.

I’ve spent the last several years working throughout the Philadelphia area with individuals, businesses, and organizations, creating photographs for company websites, leadership teams, LinkedIn, press, speaking engagements, and personal branding. Whether I’m photographing one person or an entire organization, the goal is the same: make people look confident, comfortable, and like themselves.

Hi, I’m Taylor

I’m based just outside Philadelphia and have spent the last several years working throughout the city and surrounding area. Over more than a decade as a professional photographer, I've photographed everyone from individuals needing a single portrait to executives and organizations requiring consistent headshots across large teams.

That experience has taught me that technical skill is only half of making a good headshot. Most people aren't professional models and don't particularly enjoy having their picture taken, so clear direction and making someone comfortable in front of the camera matter just as much as the lighting.

Whether I'm photographing one person or moving through a company of hundreds, I bring the same attention to expression, light, and detail to every person who steps in front of my camera.

Frequently Asked Questions

How are your photos delivered?
Through a private, beautifully presented online gallery. You can download everything directly, create favorites lists, and easily share the gallery with your team, guests, and sponsors. If you’d like to see a sample gallery before booking, just ask— I’m happy to share one!
Can you match our existing company headshots?
In many cases, yes. If your organization already has an established headshot style, send me examples and I can evaluate the lighting, background, framing, and editing needed to create photographs that fit naturally alongside your existing images.
How soon will we receive the photos?
My standard turnaround time is 7 business days from the end of your event, but I frequently deliver much sooner— including same-day selects and expedited full galleries for many of my clients. If you have a specific deadline, I’m happy to work with it. I’d much rather underpromise and overdeliver than leave you waiting for your photographs.
Do you photograph headshots outside of Philadelphia?
Yes! I work throughout Philadelphia and the surrounding region and can bring a complete professional headshot setup directly to your office, conference, or event.
Do you travel for events?
Yes! I am based in the Northeast but regularly travel thousands of miles for my clients.
How does pricing work?
I price each event based on the time, complexity, and specific requirements involved. When you reach out, share as much as you can about your event, including the date, location, duration, number of attendees, and what you’re hoping to capture. If you have a budget in mind, I encourage you to share that as well. I approach budgets honestly; knowing yours helps me find a structure that works for both of us, rather than simply determining how much to charge.

Different subjects call for different approaches, but the style, intentionality, and care behind them remain the same.
