Philadelphia has an enormous range of food worth photographing, from independent restaurants and neighborhood kitchens to hospitality groups, caterers, and larger commercial clients. Over the last several years, I’ve worked throughout the Philadelphia area creating food and beverage photography designed to do more than simply document what's on the table.

I photograph with an eye toward how food actually makes someone want it: the texture, color, light, detail, and presentation that turn something beautiful into something you crave.

The food may be the centerpiece, but a restaurant is an entire experience. I photograph dishes, drinks, chefs, interiors, and the details around them, creating imagery that gives Philadelphia restaurants a cohesive visual library rather than simply a collection of beautiful plates.

Hi, I’m Taylor

I’ve spent more than a decade as a professional photographer, working everywhere from restaurants and commercial kitchens to major institutions and challenging environments. That range has taught me how to walk into a space, understand what I have to work with, and create the light and composition necessary to make something look its best.

Food photography brings together two things I care deeply about: photography and cooking. I understand how much thought goes into a dish before it ever reaches the camera, and I approach photographing it with the same attention to detail.

I’ve worked throughout the Philadelphia area for years, and whether I’m walking into an active restaurant or building a more controlled commercial shoot, I bring the same approach: thoughtful lighting, careful composition, and photographs created around what the client actually needs them to accomplish.

Frequently Asked Questions

How are your photos delivered?

Through a private, beautifully presented online gallery. You can download everything directly, create favorites lists, and easily share the gallery with your team, agency, or marketing partners to access and put the photographs to work. If you’d like to see a sample gallery before booking, just ask—I’m happy to share one!

How soon will we receive the photos?

My standard turnaround time is 7 business days from the end of the shoot, but I frequently deliver much sooner—including same-day selects and expedited full galleries for many of my clients. If you have a specific deadline, I’m happy to work with it. I’d much rather underpromise and overdeliver than leave you waiting for your photographs.

Do you travel for assignments?

Yes! I photograph food and beverage assignments throughout Philadelphia and the surrounding region, and I regularly travel for assignments throughout the United States.

How does pricing work?

I price each project based on the time, complexity, and specific requirements involved. When you reach out, share as much as you can about your project including number of dishes/products, location, expected length of shoot, styling needs, and deliverables expected. If you have a budget in mind, I encourage you to share that as well. I approach budgets honestly; knowing yours helps me find a structure that works for both of us, rather than simply determining how much to charge.
